At Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition, Dr. Benjamin Franz and Dr. Monika Franz strive to provide our family of patients with the highest quality care possible. At our office you will not be rushed out the door, but instead given the time to really be heard and properly cared for. Whether on a physical, physiological, or biochemical level, our doctors have you covered on your journey toward optimal health.

Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition (formerly known as Franz Family Spinal Care) has been serving the Greenville and Upstate South Carolina area since 2009. While many of our patients live locally, numerous patients regularly travel from as far as Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida to our place of healing.

Meet Benjamin Franz, D.C., the chiropractor at Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition in Greenville, SC. He's on a mission to help his patients live their best lives, no matter their age. Dr. Ben's approach is all about achieving optimal body function and alignment by utilizing a number of gentle forms of chiropractic. His focus is primarily on upper cervical chiropractic (NUCCA) care and the addition of some physical therapy where needed.

Dr. Ben's commitment to providing the highest quality of care led him to become the first chiropractor in South Carolina to acquire and utilize an on-site Cone Beam CT (CBCT) in 2019. With its advanced precision, accuracy, and detailed 3D reconstruction capabilities, CBCT imaging provides Dr. Ben with a comprehensive understanding of his patients' conditions while minimizing their exposure to radiation, making it a game-changer in the field of chiropractic care.

Dr. Ben and his wife, Dr. Monika, established this Greenville chiropractic clinic Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition (formerly known as Franz Family Spinal Care) in 2009.

When not taking care of his patients, Dr. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He enjoys disc golf, hiking, biking, standup paddleboarding, camping, and occasionally attempting to win against his wife in tennis.

Monika Franz, D.C., M.S. is the functional medicine practitioner at Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition in Greenville, SC where she transforms lives through her cutting-edge, whole-body systems-based functional medicine approach to health.

With a Master's in Nutrition and Functional Medicine and serving as a provider through the Institute of Functional Medicine, Dr. Monika has become an expert at identifying and addressing the root cause of disease, recognizing that each symptom or diagnosis may be just one piece of the puzzle.

Her expertise includes evaluating and treating thyroid, adrenals, male and female hormone imbalances, digestion, and lifestyle changes. With her functional medicine approach, she has a deep understanding of how to interpret blood panels, saliva testing, and food sensitivity, all aimed at helping her patients achieve optimal wellness.

Since 2009, she has been serving Greenville, South Carolina area, alongside Dr. Benjamin Franz, in their private practice.

When not in the office, Dr. Monika enjoys spending time with her family in nature, hiking, biking, stand-up paddle-boarding, playing tennis, and staying up-to-date on the latest research.
